What we’re doing to keep you safe during covid-19

We couldn’t be more excited about opening our doors and seeing everyone again. We hope you’re as equally excited about visiting us.

It has been a particularly difficult time for everyone, with a lot of information and guidance to take on board ahead of reopening.

With this in mind we wanted to share with you what we have done to help keep your and our team safe when dining and staying with us. See below our plan to keep everyone smiling and everyone safe.

 


Training, cleanliness and hygiene

We’ve enhanced our already detailed cleaning programmes, and trained our teams to carry out these new systems with great care and diligence.

We’re also nightly “fogging” our businesses to help kill off any remnants of the virus on hard surfaces.

Sanitisation of high contact points will be carried out throughout the day as well as at the end of each service.

Sanitising stations will be positioned through each business, and where possible individual hand sanitisers on each table.

Hand washing for our team will be carried out hourly in safe locations.

Regular health checks

Our teams will be required to go through regular health questionnaires and temperature checks before serving our guests.

We will follow government recommendations for any of our team showing symptoms of Covid-19 – asking them to self isolate and continue to follow guidelines before returning to work.

Please note that we will be asking our guests the same questions, and ask you to let us know in advance of your booking with us if you are suffering symptoms of Covid-19.

To aid this we will be happy to aid with rebooking if guests are not able to join us due to self isolating.

Contact free and safe distancing

Whilst it is in our nature to shake hands and say hello, in the interest of safety, we’ll be consciously taking a step towards removing as much of our contact as possible, don’t worry though, we’ll remain as friendly as ever.

We are removing the handling of cash from our restaurants, asking guests to us contactless payment where possible or card and pin where needed.

Where possible we’ll be using digital menus. QR codes will be at the table directing you by smartphone or tablet to our menus.

We’ll be closely following government guidelines in how best to safely distance ourselves and our guests. We politely ask that our guests also respect the guidelines.

Protective equipment

Our teams will be provided with personal protective equipment.  This will be used in line with current government guidelines for ours and your safety.

Screens will be put in place where suitable to provide added safety.
