Do I have to book all ten seats at the chef's table?

We welcome solo diners and smaller groups to our chef’s table!

Please note that when fewer than ten seats are booked on a single reservation, we may take additional bookings for the remaining seats.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Our chef’s table is an exclusive opportunity to gain insight into the creative process of dish development, with the chance to sample new dishes before they reach the menu at Paul Ainsworth at No6. We regret that due to the nature of our chef’s table, we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements.

If you have any dietary requirements or restrictions, we would be delighted to welcome you at Paul Ainsworth at No6, where we can accommodate most requests.

Is there are minimum age for children?

We aren’t able to offer a children’s menu at Mahé, but we are delighted to welcome children aged four and over to our chef’s table.

Please let us know your children’s ages when making your reservation.

What time does the chef's table start?

Our chef’s table opens for lunch at 12pm, and for dinner at 7.30pm. Lunch is available to book Thursday-Saturday, dinner is available to book Tuesday-Saturday.

How far in advance can I book?

Our reservations diary for Mahé is open until the end of the month, three months ahead.

Can I create a personalised music playlist?

If you have booked exclusive hire of our chef’s table, we will create a soundtrack featuring your favourite artists to accompany your evening with us. Just let us know your five favourite artists when making your reservations and we’ll take it from there!

Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice to curate your personalised playlist.

When is payment due?

Full payment for the eight-course chef’s table menu will be billed alongside any add-ons or drinks at the end of your experience with us.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to make your reservation with us, please contact us at least 48-hours prior to your booking for a full refund.

If you have booked exclusive hire of our chef’s table for a private dining experience, please contact us at least five days prior to your reservation for a full refund.

Where is the best place to park?

The closest parking to Mahé is the South Quay Car Park in Padstow.

There is also on-street disabled bay parking on Broad Street in central Padstow.
