Under John’s expert instruction you’ll make a Padstow crab and pink grapefruit risotto, the ultimate beef wellington, and a melting chocolate fondant with a summer berry sweet cream.
With a maximum of five students per class, John will be on-hand through every step of the cooking process to give you all the tips and tricks to make sure that you can spend time with your guests, rather than locked away in the kitchen.
