Fast but full of flavour, this course will teach you the time-saving tips and tricks to help you create a delicious dinner, every night of the week.
Using store cupboard essentials, you’ll whip up spiced mackerel served with a Thai-style salad, linguine with mussels, rocket and Parmesan, and a fresh summer berry cheesecake.
With a maximum of five students in every class, our courses are practical and fun, and you’ll leave us with all the knowledge and skills to make simple and satisfying suppers when you’re short on time.
