On this course you’ll bake a gorgeous spiced carrot cake , whip up a batch of moreish cinnamon sugared doughnuts, and master the perfect gooey chocolate fondant.
John will take you through every step of the process, from selecting ingredients and choosing flavour combinations, to polishing your patisserie skills so that your puddings come out perfectly, every time. He’s also on hand give you tips on plating and presentation, so you can wow your friends and family with your gorgeous confections!
