Travel the World – Curries, Noodles, Rice and Spice
Whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner or a more confident cook, it can be daunting attempting to recreate Eastern classics at home. But we’re here to guide you through the fragrant flavours of Asian cuisine and help you create delicious dishes that pack a punch!
On our one-day course you’ll explore the exotic ingredients fundamental to Asian cookery, and learn how to balance delicate aromas with full-on flavours. Under John’s expert tuition you’ll cook Chinese five-spiced chicken, spicy Vietnamese crab and prawn pho, and a gorgeous Goan masala curry.
Our courses are practical and fun, and John is on hand through every step of the cooking process to help you master unfamiliar techniques and complex flavours. You’ll leave us with the confidence to throw away the takeaway menus and cook amazing Asian-inspired dishes from scratch.
