Travel the World – European
Designed to capture the beautifully diverse dishes of the continent, this course will help you master the flavours and techniques of European cookery, using seasonal produce to create a show-stopping three-course meal.
On our one-day course you’ll make smoked haddock ravioli with white onion soup, a spicy piri-piri spatchcock chicken, and the perfect gooey chocolate fondant with a summer berry sweet cream.
With a maximum of five students per class, all our courses are practical and hands-on, and will leave you with the knowledge and confidence to whip up an incredible European feast for your friends and family when you get home.
