Travel the World – Mediterranean
Bring the warmth of the Mediterranean into your kitchen at home! Extending from Southern Europe to North Africa and the Middle East, the diverse culinary traditions of the Mediterranean are full of fresh, fragrant dishes, packed with an abundance of fruit and vegetables, fresh-off-the-boat fish, meat, olive oil, herbs and spices.
Our one-day course is perfect for people who want to explore the flavours and ingredients that give Mediterranean cuisine its timeless appeal, and learn how to create satisfying, well-balanced dishes for a memorable Mediterranean three-course meal.
With John’s expert guidance, you’ll cook pan-fried mackerel with Greek orzo salad, a Moroccan lamb tagine, and finish with a pile of Portuguese egg custard tarts. John will be on-hand for every step of the process, and you’ll us leave brimming with the confidence to share these simple but stunning dishes with all your friends and family.
