Staying at Padstow Townhouse
Arrival and departure
Your suite and car parking space will be ready and available from 3pm. Due to the limited space, we do ask that all guests vacate their rooms and car parking space by 11am on the day of checkout. We will be pleased to advise on any local parking if you plan on spending more time in the area before or after your stay.
The house is managed between 8am and 6pm, if you are planning on arriving a little later we can arrange for your room key to be left securely for you.
Dining with us
Experience Cornwall and enjoy the full dining experience at Paul Ainsworth at No6 and Mahé chef’s table, hearty Italian cooking at Caffè Rojano, or traditional pub classics at The Mariners Public House. If you would like to take advantage of this, we highly recommend booking your table when making your Townhouse reservation. During our summer months, our restaurants can be extremely busy and we recommend you allow at least 24 hours’ notice when making your reservation. Our team are on hand to provide assistance before and during your stay.
Please note that Paul Ainsworth at No.6 is open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Mahé chef’s table is available to book for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday. Both Caffè Rojano and The Mariners Public House are open seven days a week!
Little ones and canine friends
We are delighted to be able to welcome families, with additional beds that can be added to the rooms. Our suites are spacious and ideal to share with little ones, with little touches made to make them feel just as welcome as our grown up guests.
We are able to welcome children of four and over, when making your booking with us please let our guest relations teams know how many additional beds you’ll need. All bookings for children must be secured by an adult and accompanied for the duration of their stay.
To secure your stay with us, we kindly ask for full payment per night booked when making your reservation. We are able to accept Visa and MasterCard payment.
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, we require a notice period of one calendar month prior your arrival in order to refund your deposit. If cancelling within 72 hours of your booking we are unable to refund the cost of the rooms booked.
