PRE-ORDER YOUR COPY OF PAUL AINSWORTH’S DEBUT COOKBOOK
FOR THE LOVE OF FOOD
Recipes for life’s delicious moments
We are thrilled to announce that Paul Ainsworth is launching his debut cookbook!
For the Love of Food launches in July and is available to pre-order today.
For the past year Paul has been working alongside world-class publishers, Pavilion at HarperCollins, to bring you a cookbook that has been 18 years in the making! Paul’s debut cookbook follows his career as a chef and includes some of Paul’s favourite dishes from Caffe Rojano and The Mariners, as well as dishes he loves to cook for family and friends at home.
Throughout the book Paul offers an insight into his career as a chef, from his earliest days as a child growing up in his parent’s guesthouse, to leaving school and discovering a love for cooking, and learning his craft from Gary Rhodes and Gordon Ramsay. The cookbook charts his journey to his first Michelin star and becoming the restaurateur he is today.
Each crowd-pleasing recipe is packed with flavour and shows cooks of all levels how to make restaurant-style dishes at home.
We hope you love it as much as we do!
